Car Painting & Painting at Werksta Tuve

As a painter in our spray booth, you are responsible for preparation, painting, and finishing of passenger and transport vehicles according to manufacturers' and customers' requirements. The workshop in Tuve is equipped with modern facilities and spray booths where we work in a structured, safe manner with a strong focus on final finish and customer satisfaction.

Painter's Tasks – Preparation, Painting, and Finish

• Prepare surfaces for painting: sanding, filling, masking, and priming
• Mix paint and perform application in the spray booth with precision for correct color reproduction
• Final quality control, polishing, and finishing of painted vehicles
• Work according to digital routines and document completed work in the workshop system
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the workshop to ensure efficient flow and on-time delivery
• Contribute to a safe working environment, order, and machine maintenance in the spray booth

Requirements & Desired Qualifications – Experienced Painter

• Professional experience in car painting, working in a spray booth, and color mixing is required
• Relevant education in automotive/painting or equivalent practical experience
• Experienced with modern painting systems and spray equipment, as well as good color knowledge
• Meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
• Can work both independently and in a team, and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Category B driver's license is required
• Swedish language skills (written and spoken) are necessary
