About the role

The department's work covers five main areas:

• Onboarding of new customers – handling incoming inquiries, registration, and contracts
• Customer Service – first-line support via phone and email
• Support – handling more complex customer cases and ongoing support for corporate clients

The role suits you if you appreciate a high pace, varied tasks, and close collaboration with both customers and colleagues.

Who are we looking for?

• A team player who also takes initiative
• Structured, detail-oriented, and administratively strong
• Experienced working in Microsoft environments and preferably with Salesforce
• Confident in communication with B2B customers
• Comfortable working in an organization undergoing change and development
• Available for on-site work at least three days a week
