We are now looking for a Customer Advisor for Gotain's store in Stockholm for work on Saturdays. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy meeting people, have a sense for service, and appreciate working in an inspiring retail environment focused on personal advice.

As a Customer Advisor in the store, you are a key part of the customer experience at Gotain. In the showroom, you will meet both walk-in customers and those already in an ongoing process with us. You will assist them with advice regarding curtains, materials, functionality, and color choices, guiding them in a secure, inspiring, and service-oriented manner.

You are also responsible for ensuring the store feels welcoming, inspiring, and well-organized during your shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers in the showroom
• Conduct short consultations and provide advice
• Actively work with sales and customer follow-up
• Prepare simple quotes
• Guide customers to curtain planning or home visits
• Answer simple questions via email and phone
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and inspiring
• Restock fabric samples and steam curtains as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Is confident, social, and professional in customer interactions
• Has previous experience in service and sales
• Thrives in an advisory and relationship-building role
• Has an interest in interior design, color, and form
• Is self-motivated and proactive in identifying tasks
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

Previous experience from interior design, fashion, or retail is advantageous but not required.
