About the Assignment

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting 2026-08-01 and running until 2027-01-31. The assignment is located in Stockholm.

In the role of Tactical Buyer, you will become an important part of an IS/IT Procurement team focusing on indirect materials and services. You will work operationally and tactically with sourcing, purchase requests, and supplier management within several IT-related categories.

You will play a central role in the collaboration between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, contributing to efficient and sustainable business solutions 🤝

Responsibilities

• Drive selected sourcing projects and activities, both new and ongoing.
• Support strategic buyers with tactical purchasing issues.
• Manage purchase requests within hardware, software, and IT services.
• Ensure correct onboarding of suppliers.
• Manage the setup of punch-outs and catalogs in the procurement system.
• Ensure that products, services, prices, and delivery terms are correct and up to date.
• Prepare reports and perform data analysis as needed.
• Collaborate closely with strategic buyers and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to improvement work and digitalization of procurement processes 📈

Requirements

• High school education or post-secondary vocational training in procurement, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Interest in and a good overall understanding of IT.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
