We are looking for a Junior Administrator (Customer Data Analysis & Hardware Exchange) for a company in Örebro. Start date: August 3rd, initially for an 11-month fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Örebro.

We are looking for someone who will work with the collection and analysis of customer data to support decisions regarding customer hardware exchanges.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, processing, and analyzing customer information to support decisions regarding hardware upgrades and exchanges. The work involves close contact with customers as well as collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Collection and handling of customer data
• Data analysis to support recommendations regarding hardware exchanges
• Administrative handling and documentation of cases
• Customer contact via email and/or meetings
• Contribute to improved processes and decision-making support

Qualifications

• Experience working with basic IT tools, especially Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Experience in customer contact and good communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

This role requires fluent proficiency in Swedish.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Örebro. Start date is August 3rd, initially for an 11-month fixed-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite in Örebro.
