About the Role: Production Engineer

Responsibilities as a Production Engineer:

• Lead and drive projects related to production and process development
• Planning, costing, negotiation, procurement, and installation
• Create, develop, and update work instructions and standards
• Analyze and improve assembly processes (e.g., man-hour analysis and balancing)
• Conduct risk assessments and follow quality control routines
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvement work according to LEAN principles
• Implement new methods, working practices, and technologies in production
• Work with FMEA and action management

The work is varied; sometimes things arise that require you to quickly reprioritize and help out where needed.

Who We Are Looking For

In the role of Production Engineer, we are looking for someone who has:

• At least a Higher Education Diploma (YH) in fields such as: Mechanical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Production Technology, or Production Engineer
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar production engineering role
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge and experience of Lean manufacturing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in similar relevant work
