At Medpro Clinic Åmål, over 60 colleagues from 13 different professions work together to offer a comprehensive primary care service to our 11,000 registered patients.
We provide doctor's clinics, nurse's clinics, home care, specialist nurse clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, as well as rehabilitation with occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We have a large mental health team, including a clinic for Youth Mental Health.
About the position
As a Specialist in General Medicine with us, you are offered an independent role where you have the opportunity to influence your work. The work is varied, involving scheduled and acute patient visits, supervision of trainee doctors, collaboration with home care services, and opportunities to work with child health services.
All doctors are covered by a collective agreement between the Swedish Medical Association (Läkarförbundet) and Swedish Healthcare Employers (Vårdföretagarna).
About you
We are looking for you who are a Specialist in General Medicine with the authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. You have Swedish language skills equivalent to level C1.
We would prefer that you have a few years of experience working in primary care. Interest in supervising AT- and ST-doctors is a merit.
You are unpretentious, clear in your communication, easy to collaborate with, and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. Furthermore, you are team-oriented, solution-focused, and interested in developing and driving the clinic forward.

Scope: 50-75%
Employment type: Permanent position, with a 6-month probationary period
