Job Description

As a Mobile Buyer, you have a broad and responsible role where you work closely with customers and represent ViKöperDinBil at several stations in the region around Norrköping, supporting based on need.

• Evaluate, test, and photograph cars prior to purchase
• Ensure high quality and a first-class customer experience
• Drive sales-oriented dialogues and negotiations with customers
• Responsible for administration related to agreements and contracts
• Act as the contact person between the station, headquarters, and external partners
• Ensure that logistics and flows for incoming and outgoing vehicles function smoothly
• Follow up with customers via phone
• Travel between ViKöperDinBil stations as needed

You work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that the purchasing processes are handled in a professional and responsible manner - while simultaneously being the company's face to the customer.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented and thrive in a customer-facing role
• Flexible and open to travel within the role
• Interest in cars and basic technical understanding
• Trustworthy, business-minded, and sales-driven
• Self-directed, structured, and proactive
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Computer literacy
• Manual B-driver's license (required)
