Are you a social and experienced IT technician who thrives best when supporting users physically on-site? Do you want to work with troubleshooting and support for both hardware and software? Then you should likely work as an IT consultant with a focus on On-site support at one of Eccera's customers.

The tasks as an On-site IT technician may vary depending on the customer but usually include:

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, and conference room/AV technology
  • Support and troubleshooting in Windows and macOS
  • Account administration in Active Directory/Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Support and administration within the O365 suite, Exchange, and Citrix
  • Client management in Intune/SCCM or equivalent

Your profile

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support in Service Desk or On-site support
  • Good knowledge of hardware such as computers, printers, and AV technology
  • Documented experience with Active Directory, O365, and Intune/SCCM
  • Good experience with troubleshooting in Windows and macOS
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English
