Are you an experienced auto mechanic looking to work at an authorized workshop for Mercedes and Toyota in Sollefteå?

You will be working with:

As an Auto Service Technician at Werksta Sollefteå Hallstaberget, you will work at an authorized workshop for Mercedes and Toyota, where you are responsible for diagnostics, service, and repair of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. You will become part of a team that prioritizes quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The work includes troubleshooting, service intervals according to the manufacturer's recommendations, assembly and adjustment of components, as well as documentation in the workshop system. You will collaborate closely with technicians, customer reception, and the site manager to ensure cost-effective and accurate repairs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs according to authorized guidelines from Mercedes and Toyota.
• Assemble and replace parts, ensuring correct adjustment and function before returning the vehicle to the customer.
• Document completed work in the workshop system and create accurate work orders and time reports.
• Collaborate with customer reception to inform customers about status, cost estimates, and recommendations.
• Participate in quality assurance, report deviations, and suggest improvements to work processes.
• Participate in competence development and stay updated on manufacturer training and service programs.
• Follow the workshop's routines for safety, environment, and order.

Your Profile

We are looking for you with vehicle education or equivalent practical experience, as well as experience working in a workshop, preferably with a focus on Mercedes and/or Toyota. You are meticulous, analytical, and thrive in a team environment. Experience with modern diagnostic tools and workshop systems is an advantage. A B-driver's license is required.

• Relevant vehicle education or several years of experience as a mechanic.
• Experience with service and repairs according to manufacturer instructions, preferably with certification or previous work at an authorized workshop for Mercedes or Toyota.
• Good technical understanding and familiarity with diagnostic tools and electronic systems.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous with good communication skills.
• B-driver's license is required.
