Working as a personal assistant with us means becoming an important support in another person's life. We have clients with varying needs. Some want an assistant who stays in the background, while others need more extensive support in their daily lives. The work takes place both inside and outside the client's home.

To ensure you feel completely secure in your role, you will receive a thorough introduction tailored specifically to the client's needs.

Your responsibilities

Your focus is to support the client so that daily life flows as smoothly as possible, ranging from personal care to daily activities. The role also includes specific routines regarding the client's health and assistive devices.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability and the chemistry between you and the client.

We value that you are:

• Responsible and meticulous: You understand the importance of routines.

• Flexible regarding working hours: Since many of our clients have 24-hour shifts with waiting periods, we would appreciate it if you could work all hours of the day. It is particularly valuable to us if you are flexible and can step in with short notice if, for example, a colleague falls ill.

• Perceptive: You have the ability to read the client's needs, even when they are not expressed verbally.

It is an advantage if you have:

• A valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience in personal assistance or other relevant experience in healthcare
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts with waiting periods

Upon employment A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID document. To ensure that all candidates who proceed can prove their right to work in Sweden, we also request a certificate of good conduct (personbevis) from all applicants. Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant with us.
