ABOUT THE ROLE

Willhem is now looking for a CEO Assistant for our headquarters in Gothenburg. The role is fundamentally a classic CEO Assistant position with a clear focus on relieving the CEO of operational tasks, creating order, and ensuring that daily work functions efficiently and sustainably. At the same time, there is openness for the role to develop over time, based on your ambition, capacity, and interest.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the CEO's calendar, meeting bookings, and prioritizations
  • Work proactively and act as a gatekeeper towards internal and external stakeholders
  • Book meetings and travel, and handle logistics related to management and board meetings
  • Handle corporate formalities, documentation, and materials for the board portal
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on decisions
  • Relieve the CEO in qualified administrative work
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials as needed

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, structured, and proactive, with a genuine interest in supporting and facilitating the daily life of a senior executive. You are confident in yourself, have high integrity, and thrive in a role close to decision-making in a dynamic management environment.

We would appreciate if you have experience with board management, corporate formalities, or other qualified administrative work, as well as a good understanding of structure, accuracy, and handling sensitive material. You are accustomed to working in Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft applications and have excellent Swedish skills in both speech and writing, with the ability to adapt tone and expression to the recipient and context.
