Job Responsibilities

As a Shift Leader at Estrella, you play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient production process. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching operators to achieve production goals.
• Ensuring that quality and safety standards are followed.
• Planning and optimizing workflows and resource utilization.
• Handling deviations and taking corrective actions.
• Contributing to the development of a positive and engaging work environment.
• Serving as a key link between operators and the line manager.

You are an experienced leader with a genuine interest in motivating and developing others. You are results-oriented, structured, and have a solution-focused attitude. You inspire others, are confident in handling potential conflicts, and possess a coaching leadership style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Documented work experience from the manufacturing or food industry.

• Good knowledge of Office 365 and experience working with digital tools.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with process improvements.
• Knowledge of sustainability work within the food industry.
