About the role

As a field sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team. You work out in the field and meet with homeowners to show how our solar cell solutions and energy storage systems can make a real difference – both economically and environmentally.

You are responsible for the entire deal, from the first contact to the signed contract. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our appointment setters who schedule meetings for you. When you start with us, you will receive a thorough introduction, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to succeed in the role.

We offer a fixed salary + commission, which gives you security while simultaneously providing great opportunities for high income.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily proactive sales targeting private individuals
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings
• Prepare and present quotes
• Follow up on deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Represent Täta Tak Energi at trade shows and events

We are looking for you who:

• Have a valid driver’s license (Category B)
• Are results-oriented and thrive working towards clear goals
• Are responsible, self-motivated, and confident in meeting new people
• Want to develop and build a career in sales
• Have sales experience (advantageous but not a requirement – we train you from the ground up)

Location: Based out of one of our offices in Växjö, Helsingborg, Malmö, or Halmstad – work is primarily in the field
