About the role

As a field sales representative with us, you are a key person in our sales team. You work out in the field and meet with homeowners to show how our solar solutions and energy storage systems can make a real difference – both economically and environmentally.

You are responsible for the entire sales process, from the initial contact to the signed contract. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our appointment setters who schedule meetings for you. When you start with us, you will receive a thorough introduction, professional sales training, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed in the role.

We offer a fixed salary + commission, which gives you security while simultaneously offering great opportunities for high income.

Your responsibilities:

• Daily proactive sales targeting private individuals
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings
• Prepare and present quotes
• Follow up on deals and build long-term customer relationships
• Represent Täta Tak Energi at trade shows and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Is results-oriented and enjoys working towards clear goals
• Is responsible, self-motivated, and confident in meeting new people
• Wants to develop and build a career within sales
• Has sales experience (advantageous but not a requirement – we train you from scratch)

Hours: Full-time

Contract: 6-month probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment

Location: Based at one of our offices in Växjö, Helsingborg, Malmö, or Halmstad – primarily field work
