What does the role offer?

Over the past year, the company has built an entirely new department and established a new team at Landvetter Airport, focusing on the finishing of garments and products. The position is day-time, Monday to Friday, with the main location in Landvetter. Some tasks may also be performed at the head office in Borås when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Finishing of garments and products through printing, labeling, and application of details.
• Collaboration within the team to develop and streamline production flows.
• Active involvement in the development of the new department and work on improvement initiatives.
• Close collaboration with management to create a strong, engaged, and well-functioning team.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is practical and thrives in hands-on work where precision and quality are in focus. Previous experience with transfer printing, heat press, sewing, or similar production work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are engaged, responsible, and enjoy contributing to a developing business. You are flexible and solution-oriented, adapt easily to different situations, and work well both independently and in a team. As a person, you are unpretentious, proactive, and motivated by developing both individually and as part of a strong team.
