About the RoleAs a Technical Leader, you will become part of a high-tech team working on the development of future automated crane systems. You will work closely with project management, development teams, and customers in an international environment where technology, innovation, and collaboration are in focus.
You will play a crucial role by providing technical recommendations, ensuring that engineering activities are performed efficiently and according to expectations, standards, and safety requirements, while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities- Lead a team within high-tech development and be responsible for the development phase in projects.
- Provide technical insights, cost assessments, and delivery documentation for sales proposals.
- Support project managers in technical reviews as well as in dialogue with customers and other stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver work plans, resource requirements, engineering estimates, and risk analyses.
- Coach junior engineers, technicians, and support teams to strengthen leadership and technical competence.
- Have daily dialogue with customers in international projects.
- Collaborate and share experiences with colleagues to improve project results and working methods.
We are looking for you who are driven and solution-oriented with a strong technical interest and a desire to develop together with the team. To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Have a master's degree in engineering or equivalent, preferably in electronics, technical physics, or computer science.
- Have several years of experience in software design, software development, and/or automation, such as PLC programming.
- Have a good understanding of technical project management, engineering processes, documentation, and technical tools.
- Are self-motivated and curious to learn new technologies.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and have good communication skills.
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
- Experience working in industrial automation or advanced control systems.
- Previous experience leading technical teams or projects in an international environment.
- Structured and responsible.
- Solution-oriented and proactive.
- Communicative and confident in dialogue with customers and teams.
- Engaged and motivated by technical development.
Start: According to agreement
Location: Västerås
Scope: Full-time
Employment Type: Consulting assignment for 12 months with good opportunities for direct hire to the client
