About the role

As a Quality Engineer, you work close to production with a focus on ensuring and developing product and process quality. You analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and drive actions all the way to implementation.

A typical day involves:

  • Analyzing quality data and process outcomes
  • Following up on deviations and driving improvement measures
  • Collaborating with operators, technicians, and maintenance
  • Participating in test runs, projects, and change management
  • Working in systems and tools that support analysis and follow-up

The role is both analytical and operational – you turn insights into concrete results in the business.

The role reports to the Plant Quality Manager.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have an engineering degree and experience from the manufacturing industry. You have a good understanding of production processes and are driven by the desire to improve and optimize.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in quality work and process control
  • Habit of analyzing data and driving improvement work
  • A structured approach and the ability to work systematically with deviations
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Good computer skills, preferably with experience in analysis tools

It is an advantage if you have experience with, for example, MES systems, statistical analysis, TPM, or quality tools such as SPC and FMEA.

Terms of employment

The position is covered by the Unionen collective agreement and the work takes place at the factory in Hällekis. Start date as soon as possible after agreement. You work daytime hours with a monthly salary.

Wellness benefit: 3,000 SEK/year
