Manpower is now looking for several production workers for a longer consulting assignment at Dala Cement in Björbo, Västerdalarna. Here you are offered physical and practical work in the factory with good opportunities for extension or employment at Dala Cement after approximately 6 months.

This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at Dala Cement.

Location: Björbo, Västerdalarna
Start: Tentatively week 32
Assignment Duration: Long-term consulting assignment, minimum 6 months with good opportunities for extension
Scope: Full-time, day shift

About the job as a production worker at Dala Cement

As a production worker for Manpower, on-site at Dala Cement in Björbo, you will work with the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements in the factory. The work takes place in mold-casting environments and differs from traditional construction work on outdoor construction sites.

You will become part of a tight-knit team where the work is characterized by clear routines, safety awareness, and a focus on quality in every step.

Examples of common tasks:

• Manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements such as walls and balconies
• Work in and around casting molds and large casting tables
• Assembly and fixing of reinforcement bars
• Handling of reinforcement, formwork walls, and tools
• Work according to drawings, instructions, and safety regulations

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who enjoy physical work, clear work tasks, and who want to work long-term with the same client. You are meticulous, responsible, and understand the importance of quality and safety in a production environment.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Meticulousness and ability to follow instructions
• Interest in practical and physical work
