LEAX Falun is looking for Assemblers

We offer a varied and challenging job within a growing international group of companies that manufactures driveline components on a contract basis for trucks and passenger cars. From raw material to finished component, including machining, heat treatment, assembly, and painting.

The role of an assembler at LEAX Falun involves working with your team to assemble parts of our products, where collaboration, tools, and instructions are your primary resources. Together, the team is responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency. A natural part of the job is working on continuous improvements to shorten lead times, develop more efficient processes, and improve the working environment.

Your profile:

When hiring assemblers, we are looking for you who have a positive attitude, are detail-oriented, and punctual. You thrive in a team environment and are proactive in your areas of responsibility.

• You understand the importance of following instructions.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
• You preferably have an interest in technology and experience in assembly, mechanical and/or electrical.
• Your personal qualities are important as the job places high demands on teamwork.
• You thrive in an organized environment and are eager to contribute to improvement work.
• It is an advantage if you have a technical education/background, forklift license, and crane/traverse license.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of components for the automotive industry.
• Take responsibility for the quality of the finished product.
• Act on and communicate deviations regarding working environment, quality, efficiency, etc.
• Actively read and understand instructions in Swedish.
• Contribute to continuous improvements within your area.
• Perform status checks and simple maintenance on equipment.
