Plant Operator Rällsjön

About the role

We are currently looking for a Plant Operator for our asphalt plant in Rällsjön, just outside Rättvik. At the plant, you will be responsible for production and maintenance work together with your colleagues. Operating a wheel loader and sampling the asphalt are also part of the role, but the main tasks are as a process operator and mechanic. We offer varied work where the different aspects of the plant operator role ensure that no two days are alike. The position is full-time with a start date to be agreed upon.

Who are you?

You thrive in practical work and take responsibility for both your own tasks and the bigger picture. You have practical experience with screwing and welding and are not afraid to get your hands dirty when needed. You enjoy working together with others in a small team. You are a good communicator and adaptable to new conditions. A valid B driving license and computer proficiency are required for this position. Experience operating a wheel loader and/or working in heavy industry or process industry is considered an advantage. Since the work is seasonal, we are looking for someone who is flexible regarding working hours.
