This staffing assignment is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client in Ludvika. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client's location.

Working as an industrial worker for our client

In this assignment, you will work for an innovative and global company in Ludvika operating within the electricity and power transmission sector. The tasks may vary, as we are recruiting consultants for several different roles at the factory. You might work with everything from assembly, machining, material handling, and forklift driving to welding, machine operation, testing, and packaging. You will be matched based on your previous experience and competencies.

We are currently seeking candidates for both current and future assignments with the client.

Location: Ludvika
Type of employment: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with good opportunities for extension.
Working hours: Working hours vary, and we would like you to be available for shifts ranging from 2-shift to 5-shift systems.

We are looking for someone who has

• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• driver's license and access to a car
• forklift and/or overhead crane license

It is also an advantage if you have

• education in electricity and/or technology
• tool experience, experience as a carpenter, plumber, or similar
• experience with forklift and overhead crane operation

The Offer

We have collective agreements, including what that entails regarding insurance, occupational pension, and union relations.
