Power Transformers, an integral part of Hitachi Energy, is growing – and we are now looking for you who want to help shape the energy solutions of the future together with us!

This role begins with a four-month paid training program at our Training Center, where you will receive a comprehensive introduction and foundational education in transformer construction. The training takes place during daytime hours, alternating between theory and practical exercises, ensuring you have the best possible conditions to apply your new skills in production. Upon completion of the training, there are excellent opportunities for permanent employment.

About You

The Training Includes

• Forklift, crane, and aerial work platform training.
• CPR and fire safety training.
• Basic knowledge in safety, health, and working environment.
• Theoretical training in the form of reading technical drawings, technical instructions, and method specifications.
• Practical training in the form of soldering, pressing, insulation, and assembly work.

This position starts with a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent. After completing the training, you will work in two shifts (day/afternoon).
