About the role
We are currently recruiting welders for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As a welder, you will work in a team of welders/plate workers, all working independently from drawing to finished product. The work ranges from small details to larger constructions. The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate. Working hours are primarily scheduled in two shifts, but day shifts and permanent night shifts may also occur.

About you
We are looking for you who have good knowledge of welding and who are either a trained welder and/or have previous experience in the profession. If you have also worked in heavy industry or have skills in grinding, straightening, or sheet metal work, we consider this an asset. As a person, you are responsible, meticulous, and have a strong focus on quality. You are not afraid to take initiative and step in where needed. The client values a positive attitude and would like to see that you enjoy working both independently and together with others.

Qualifications:

• Trained welder with preferably a few years of work experience in welding.
• Experience with MIG, MAG, and MMA welding.
• Good skills in reading technical drawings.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane certificates are highly meritorious.
