Do you have prior knowledge of welding but want to develop further and take the next step in your career?

We are now looking for you who want to participate in our company-adapted trainee program together with Essverk in Grängesberg. The program is aimed at you who have basic knowledge of welding and want to develop into a qualified welder in a modern industrial environment.

This is not a standard training – it is a clear path towards a future employment at Essverk.

The training is short and intensive (2 months) and takes place directly at Essverk. Theory and practice alternate here to give you the knowledge required to work as a welder in their operations.

During the training, you are employed by Dala Industrisupport and receive both your theoretical and practical education at Essverk. The goal is that after completing the training, you will begin your journey towards a long-term employment at Essverk.

• Salary: Salary during the training period

• Location: Grängesberg

• Format: Combination of practice and theory

• Scope: Full-time

• Working hours: Daytime, transitioning to shift work.
