We are looking for an experienced car painter for our damage center in Borlänge. Here, you will work with all car brands in a modern repair shop where precision, quality, and professional skill are at the center. We are a close-knit team with high engagement, short decision-making paths, and a clear ambition – to deliver work we can be proud of.

Your role

In this role, you will primarily work in the paint booth and be responsible for delivering a result with high quality and finish. You will work closely with damage technicians, preparers, and damage advisors, and you are a key part of the entire process from damage to finished car. We work structured with planning via CabPlan and focus heavily on order, efficiency, and a smooth flow in production.

• Have several years of experience as a car painter
• Have an eye for color, finish, and quality
• Work carefully and structured
• Take responsibility for your work and the final result
• Thrive in a team where people help each other

Requirements

• Experience as a car painter
• Relevant education in paint/vehicles
• Category B driver's license
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Computer literate
