I am a guy turning 20 soon, looking for personal assistants who want to work actively with my development.

With me, we work purposefully with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). It permeates everything we do together – from daily activities to training in communication and social interaction.

Therefore, it is crucial that you also want to work in this way. Experience is not a requirement, but interest and the willingness to learn must be present.

A bit more about me:

I am a happy and curious person who enjoys meeting people. I love music very much and play among other things ukulele and piano.

I also enjoy being active – for example, cycling, swimming, skiing, or going on outings. For me, activities are not about performing or winning, but about having fun and being together.

I continuously practice my communication and language understanding. Clear instructions and visual support help me in my daily life.

The goal of your work is to give me the prerequisites to become more independent and feel well.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• autism
• Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
• working with schedules or visual support

I will be especially happy if you also enjoy music and singing, and perhaps share some of my other interests.

Scope: I have 24/7 assistance with awake nights. We are primarily looking for you who can work day and evening shifts. The size of the position can be flexible depending on what suits you, but it is important that you can work regularly to create good routines and continuity.

Start date and introduction: We offer you a well-planned and paid introduction to give you the best prerequisites for entering the role.

To help you develop and grow as an assistant, you will also receive regular supervision and coaching from my personal work leaders and from the psychologist we collaborate closely with in our work with Applied Behavior Analysis.

Start date is by agreement.
