We are now looking for a Solutions Engineer for a product-driven SaaS company where you will be the technical link between the company and its customers. This role is perfect for you if you are analytical, communicative, and curious about technology, and if you are motivated by taking great responsibility and developing quickly.
You will work closely with the founder and gradually take ownership of your own customer implementations, while also helping to build the company's internal working methods, delivery capacity, and standards.
This is not a role for someone who wants to follow established processes, but for someone who wants to help create them.

The company operates internationally with English as the internal language and has its office centrally located in Stockholm.
ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Junior Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for driving implementations from start to go-live. The role involves a combination of technical problem-solving, customer contact, and coordination, where you gradually take greater responsibility for your own customer accounts and deliveries.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gathering and analyzing customer requirements and defining scope
- Configuring and adapting customers' system solutions
- Handling and resolving support cases and identifying root causes
- Participating in implementation projects, testing, and production deployment
- Creating documentation, checklists, and internal templates
- Participating in pre-sales and preparation of customer demonstrations
- Building integrations via APIs, webhooks, and automations
- Conducting training and knowledge transfer to customer teams
During the onboarding period, you will work closely with the founder and other projects to quickly build an understanding of the product, customer needs, and internal processes.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Have a relevant post-secondary technical education, or experience equivalent to this
- Have a genuine technical interest and enjoy understanding how systems work in depth
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where processes and working methods are still being built
It is an extra advantage if you:
- Have taught yourself technical tools or systems independently
- Actively use AI tools in daily life and have a reflective approach to technology
- Have experience with APIs, automations, databases, or integration work
- Have experience in support, implementation, technical customer dialogue, or SaaS environments
- Have education in technology, IT, computer science, or a similar field
Personal qualities:
- Have very strong problem-solving skills and work structured even in complex situations
- Are communicative and easily build trust in dialogue with customers and colleagues
- Take great ownership and drive work forward without the need for detailed management
- Have a high learning ability and can quickly adapt to new technical environments and working methods

Working hours: Office hours
Location: Central Stockholm. During the onboarding period (month 1–3), on-site work at the office is required. Thereafter, flexibility is offered as agreed.
