Job Responsibilities
Based on the criteria in BBIC (Barns Behov I Centrum / Children's Needs in Center), you shall observe, assess, document, support, and/or develop the parents' caregiving ability in relation to the child's needs. An important part of the work involves documenting daily observations in our journal system, as well as writing statements to the social services based on their assignments. It also includes practical and pedagogical support in parenthood. The work involves shift work according to an operation-adapted preference schedule. Access to external supervision.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- At least a 3-year post-secondary education as a social worker, behavioral scientist, teacher/pedagogue, or other equivalent education
- At least 1–2 years of experience in treatment work with children/young people and/or families
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Basic computer skills and experience of documentation in operational systems
It is meritorious if you:
- Have experience from HVB (residential care), social services, or outpatient treatment
- Have education in e.g., MI, ART, CRA, FFT, or other relevant methods
- Have worked with children in vulnerable life situations and complex problems
As a person, you are:
- Calm and clear even when the pace is high
- Receptive, respectful, and good at building trusting relationships
- Structured, responsible, and accustomed to working independently
- A team player who shares your knowledge and appreciates humor in everyday life
Other Information
Scope: Full-time. Scheduled working hours based on an operation-adapted preference schedule. Day, evening, and weekend, as well as standby and sleeping on-call during nights.
Salary: Individual salary setting
Start date: June 1st or as agreed.
