About the job

As a Cycling Expert and Technical Support Manager at TCM, you will help and guide our customers with technical and cycling-related questions. You will work extensively with purchase advice, primarily for online customers, and guide cyclists in product selection, compatibility issues, returns, and more. The role focuses mainly on online operations, with customer contact alternating between email, phone, and chat.

We highly value creating satisfied and happy customers at TCM, making this position a key role in the company. We are primarily looking for an employee who will be based either in our brand new premises in Söderhamn, Hälsingland, or in our large store in Tyresö, Stockholm.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with purchase advice for bicycles and cycling accessories.
• Answering questions about compatibility and finding the right products for the customer's specific needs.
• Helping customers with returns and claims on bicycles and accessories.
• Creating guides and manuals for bicycle care, compatibility, etc.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with products on our website, create content, and write product descriptions for our e-commerce platform. We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys helping people and is passionate about making customers happy.
• Has good knowledge of bicycles and technology, and preferably experience as a bicycle mechanic.
• Has an interest in bicycles and technology in general, and enjoys learning new things.
• Values satisfied customers highly and is willing to go the extra mile.
• Can express themselves well both verbally and in writing.
• Is computer literate and good at searching for information.

Who is TCM?

TCM is a company with high ambitions and strong growth. We operate from two locations in Sweden – Tyresö and Söderhamn – and depending on the season, we have a total of 30–40 employees. The company currently generates a turnover of approximately 115 MSEK through our e-commerce and physical stores.

In Tyresö, we have our first and largest store, which has been operating since the 1990s. The store is one of Sweden's largest bicycle shops, offering a wide range of high-quality bicycles. From here, we also handle a large part of our e-commerce operations, in close collaboration with our main warehouse and office in Söderhamn.

Location: Tyresö or Söderhamn (part-time work is possible)

Scope: Full-time
