Imagine you are standing in Ho Chi Minh City, looking for restaurants, and you see a few stools outside a "hole-in-the-wall" spot. In the same spirit, an original Gothenburger walks through the rain into the tobacco shop on Kungstorget to buy coarse loose snus. Just as he enters the shop, a "Hello there" is heard.

For over ten years, there have been long queues on Magasinsgatan to serve Bao Buns & Thaicos. Here you work at a high pace and with larger volumes, while maintaining a casual level of guest interaction. Anyway. You love people, have fun, can cook, plan decent menus with "situational signs", and serve delicious food in nice takeaway boxes. This is Jinx-style.

THE KITCHEN ROLE This is a creative role that places great emphasis on your ability to plan, structure, and execute. At the same time, you enjoy serving Asian food. We are a small team where it is about working together and moving forward. Our biggest focus is the guests and their experience.

We believe you have a few years of experience as a cook, enjoy Asian cooking, or are open to learning, are responsible, and like to collaborate with your colleagues.

You have:

• The basics of kitchen work
• Order and tidiness when you work, or as the French call it: "A place for everything"
• Relevant education or previous experience in the kitchen
• HACCP training is a requirement
• Masking tape and marker with you

In the future, we see you growing into an operational role and leading your colleagues forward, ordering goods, and writing the schedule.

• We apply individual salary setting based on knowledge, experience, and area of responsibility

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. 100%. Here we work daytime on a rolling schedule Monday to Sunday. Start date June 1st.

180–230 SEK/hour
