Qualifications

• Swedish language skills
• Category B driver's license upon commencement of employment.

Scope and Start Date

The position is 80% and working hours are weekdays during the day. Start date September 1st with onboarding as agreed. Possibility to start earlier is available.

What does the job entail?

The days are varied with great opportunities to contribute to people's quality of life. As a home cleaner, you perform cleaning and service tasks based on the customer's individual needs and wishes. The position is a combination of home cleaning and home care services, which also includes the usual tasks found within home care. The most important thing is that you enjoy building relationships and are good with people.

What background do I need?

For some, this might be a good chance to get their first job; for others, it might mean being tired of their current industry and wanting to do something meaningful; for a third group, it could be a desire to continue in cleaning services but change employers. There is no one-size-fits-all answer – we recruit people who have a solution-focused attitude, empathetic values, and want to grow with us.

So, does it not matter if I have relevant experience?

Yes, of course, we view it positively if you have worked as a cleaner or within healthcare/care and done it well! Education and/or experience in cleaning, preferably home cleaning, moving cleaning, and window washing, are meritorious but not required.

Isn't it very tough to work as a home cleaner within care?

It certainly can be, and that is generally how development looks within healthcare and care. That was also one of the reasons we started in 2013, with the conviction that we can do things a little differently and constantly improve operations with a focus on those we are there for – the elderly.
