We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for our health center in Kristianstad!

Tryggakliniken Kristianstad was established in October 2018 and is part of a group comprising primary care, occupational health services, and wellness care. Tryggakliniken Kristianstad is located in newly built premises at the C4 Shopping commercial area in Hammar. The health center currently has approximately 20 employees at the clinic, where we have built and highly value the excellent camaraderie within the staff group.

We are now looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience in primary care and/or in the role of a rehabilitation coordinator.

Responsibilities

As an occupational therapist with us, you work independently and in close collaboration with other professions. Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Assessment of functional capacity and need for interventions
• Rehabilitative and habilitative interventions
• Prescription and follow-up of assistive devices
• Mentoring and counseling for patients/users, relatives, and staff
• Documentation in accordance with current legislation
• Collaboration with other professional groups and external actors
• Coordination of rehabilitation efforts in collaboration with healthcare, employers, and other actors (if competent as a rehabilitation coordinator)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed occupational therapist
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has good documentation habits
• Has a valid B driving license

Merits:

• Education and/or experience as a rehabilitation coordinator
• Experience working in primary care
