Fika & Wine is a Swedish restaurant concept located at Österlånggatan 26 in the heart of Gamla Stan, in historic 15th-century vaults where Swedish food tradition, coffee culture, and drink culture meet in a warm and modern environment.

At our restaurant, we serve classic Swedish home cooking, carefully selected wines, coffee, and cocktails to regulars, international guests, dinner parties, and private events in our chambre séparée. We have a lively operation where no day is like the other.

We are now looking for you who want to help create a personal and professional experience for our guests – where service, hospitality, and quality are in focus.

About the Position

We are primarily looking for you who have experience in serving and who also feel confident taking responsibility as a head waiter when needed.

You will work both operationally in service and have responsibility for parts of the daily flow, such as:

• Guest interaction and service
• Serving food and drinks
• Cash register work
• Table placement and bookings
• Coordination of service flow
• Orders and simpler administration
• Responsibility during lunch, evening, and events
• Support and collaborate with the rest of the team

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of experience in the service industry
• Experience in serving
• Good spoken Swedish
• Solution-oriented and positive attitude

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in a head waiter role
• Experience with à la carte service
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
• Interest in wine and drinks
• Sommelier education
• Driver's license
