Indian Masala in Uddevalla is looking for a head waiter with experience in the restaurant and service industry. The role involves leading and distributing daily service tasks, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing bookings and customer contact, providing support and guidance to serving staff, and collaborating with the kitchen and other personnel to ensure smooth restaurant operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining order and service standards during shifts, as well as assisting with the onboarding of new staff when needed. We are looking for someone with experience in restaurant and service work, who is responsible, service-oriented, possesses strong teamwork skills, and demonstrates leadership qualities. You must be able to work at a fast pace and communicate in English; Swedish is an advantage. Experience as a head waiter or in a similar supervisory role is preferred. We offer full-time, permanent employment with salary according to collective agreements and Swedish regulations.
