About the BusinessDomnarvet Health Centre has 16,600 registered patients and over 70 employees. We are a well-functioning health centre with experienced and engaged staff. The health centre is located in a beautiful natural setting near the Bergebo exercise area in Borlänge, with good transport connections. We are well-staffed with district nurses, registered nurses, assistant nurses, and a rehabilitation team. The health centre also houses Child Health Services (BVC) and Maternal Health Services (MVC) as well as a laboratory. Since we are located at Borlänge Hospital, we have several adjacent specialist clinics in the same building. We work with the medical record system Cosmic.

We work from a health-promoting occupational safety perspective, with the opportunity for an annual wellness allowance. As a district doctor with us, you will become part of a doctor team that currently consists of 4.5 district doctors, 6 specialty trainee doctors, and 2 junior doctors. We also have a psychiatrist/addiction specialist employed with us, as well as an orthopedic surgeon with whom we collaborate within the catchment area.
Tasks within primary care as a district doctor:
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases
- Collaboration with other healthcare providers and specialist colleagues
- Staffing for primary care on-call duties and standby shifts
- Mentoring of trainee doctors at various levels
- As needed, work with home care services, residential homes for the elderly (Säbo), and support services for people with disabilities (LSS), as well as Child Health Services (BVC) and Maternal Health Services (MVC)

- Requirements: Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine, Category B driver's license
- Personal attributes: Good ability to work independently and in teams, engaged and responsible
- Meritorious if you: value collaboration, want to contribute to the development of working methods and working environment, prioritize patient safety and quality
