We are looking for you who want to work with customer contact and service in an exciting and developing role. The position involves varied tasks within customer service and gives you the opportunity to develop your experience in the field. Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide professional service and support to customers
• Help customers find solutions and answers to their questions
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality in the customer experience

• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English

• Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new systems
