To our authorized Volkswagen and Skoda workshop in Tranemo, we are now looking for a Service Advisor!

We are looking for someone who:

About Adolfssons Bil

Your Responsibilities
You will be a vital link between the customer and the workshop, involved in the entire service process from booking to vehicle handover. Your main tasks include receiving customers, handling service inquiries, bookings, vehicle drop-off/pick-up, invoicing, and explaining completed workshop jobs. You will also serve as the contact point for workshop staff regarding customer communication.

About You
This is a varied role with significant customer interaction, so you must enjoy working with people and be flexible with different tasks. We offer continuous internal training as well as training within Volkswagen Group Sweden. Experience from the automotive industry and similar roles involving customer contact is advantageous, but a basic technical understanding is essential.

Requirements
- Driver's license category B (manual transmission).
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
