At Retail Staffing, we are currently looking for sales assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis at various stores in the Gothenburg area for leading retail chains such as MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex. About the role: As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work within our store pool. This means you may work across different stores within the same chain, giving you variety and the chance to experience different environments. You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our user-friendly app, giving you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. Your tasks include:

• Personal sales and customer service on the shop floor
• Assisting in the fitting rooms
• Register work
• Stock management and warehouse duties

To be considered for this position, you must have another main occupation of at least 50%. You can be a student, part-time employed, or a self-employed individual with active F-tax. This is a strict requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet this criterion. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a main occupation (studies or other employment) of at least 50% for at least the next year.
• Has previous experience in personal sales or service within retail.
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during daytime each week, with the possibility of working evenings and weekends.
• Is flexible and able to step in with short notice.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributes to a positive team spirit.
• Appreciates variety and sees it as a learning opportunity to work in different stores.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Has completed upper secondary education (high school).
