Do you want to lead a business where you drive results here and now – while developing the business for the future?

We are looking for a Regional Manager who wants to take clear responsibility for a significant part of a larger customer delivery, while simultaneously developing teams, working methods, and customer relations. This is a role for you if you thrive close to operations, are confident in customer dialogue, and are motivated by creating results together with others.

About Coor

At Coor, we create work environments where people thrive and businesses develop. We are one of the leading providers in the Nordics within facility management, and we are proud to combine quality and innovation with a strong focus on service.

Here, you will encounter a culture characterized by collaboration, engagement, and a desire to make things just a little bit better – every day.

About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you play a key role in the delivery to one of Coor's larger customers, where you are responsible for a significant part of the operations in the region.

You lead through your group managers and create direction, engagement, and results in an organization that is geographically dispersed and consists of several important functions. Your focus is on making the whole work in daily life, while driving development and improvements that strengthen the business over time.

You work closely with the Contract Manager and another Regional Manager, where you jointly take responsibility for the overall delivery. In your part, you ensure that you meet your goals regarding quality, customer satisfaction, and economy, while actively contributing to developing the collaboration with the customer.

The role involves close dialogue with the customer's key persons, where you build trust, capture needs, and drive initiatives that take the delivery forward. Here you get the opportunity to make a real impact – both in daily work and in the long-term development of the business.

You report to the Contract Manager and are part of a management group where pace, collaboration, and shared responsibility characterize the work.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for budget, results, and quality in your region
  • Lead, coach, and develop group managers and teams
  • Ensure a stable and high-quality delivery to the customer
  • Build and further develop long-term customer relationships
  • Drive improvement and development work
  • Follow up and develop agreements and identify business opportunities
  • Maintain close and continuous dialogue with the customer's key persons

Who are you?

You are a confident and clear leader who creates direction in a business with many parallel parts. You easily get people on board and build engagement through presence, communication, and clear expectations.

You are driven by business and results and are comfortable in dialogue with the customer. At the same time, you are curious and development-oriented, seeing potential for improvement, daring to challenge, and taking initiatives to move the business forward.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with budget and result responsibility
  • Documented experience leading managers and/or multiple units in a geographically dispersed operation
  • Experience from a customer-facing business and working with client organizations
  • Experience interpreting, following up, and developing agreements
  • Experience driving change and development work with good results
  • Strong ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships in partnership
  • Good habit of preparing and presenting materials for different target groups
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) and possibility to travel within the region

Meritorious

  • Experience from facility management, service, retail, or similar

We offer secure and safe working conditions

  • A warm and welcoming work culture
  • Salary according to collective agreement
  • Introduction for all new employees to give you a good start in the job
  • Wellness benefits to promote balance in life
  • Benefits such as contractual pension, insurance, and parental leave pay.
  • Opportunity to develop within a large and growing company
  • Ongoing competence development with courses and training
