Job Description
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist at Level 4, which is typically achieved after 8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support and drive the work with cybersecurity governance and further development of the agency's management system for information and cybersecurity.
• Develop methods and approaches for risk management within the cybersecurity field.
• Plan, lead, and conduct risk analyses in collaboration with the business operations.
• Conduct audits and assessments against internal IT security requirements as well as external regulatory requirements and security regulations.
• Identify deficiencies, risks, and improvement measures, and compile these into structured analyses and reports.
• Support the business in working with regulatory compliance and security requirements.

Security Clearance:
The client is subject to security protection legislation, which means the assignment may be placed in a security classification.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant and current experience within IT, information, and cybersecurity.
• Documented experience working with regulatory requirements and security regulations, such as the Cybersecurity Act, NIS2, or DORA.
• Documented experience in developing and applying structured methods for risk management and risk analysis in larger organizations.
• Experience in planning, conducting, and reporting on internal audits or reviews within IT and information security, for example in the role of an internal auditor.
• Experience and familiarity with compiling decision support materials and reports for management and business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within a large government agency or other public sector operations.
• Documented experience in investigation and analysis work related to the Cybersecurity Act and/or NIS2 in larger organizations.
• Experience working in the role of an IT Auditor, including planning, conducting, and reporting on audits against established standards and frameworks, such as PCAOB or SOX.
