FINANCE PROCESS OWNER

Gina Tricot is on an exciting transformation journey where new business concepts, international expansion, and investments in automation and AI are changing how we work and create value. To strengthen our finance function, we are now looking for a business-driven and change-oriented Finance Process Owner who wants to help develop the future of Finance with us.

In this key role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategy, business development, and operational change management in an international and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

As Finance Process Owner, you drive development and transformation within the finance function. The role reports to the Head of Financial Planning & Reporting and works closely with Finance, IT, and the business operations.

You will act as the link between business and finance, ensuring that financial perspectives are integrated early in new initiatives and projects. At the same time, you drive improvement work, automation, and the development of processes and ways of working. In the role, you will among other things:

• Drive and coordinate improvement initiatives within Finance
• Identify and implement automation and AI solutions within areas such as Group Reporting, R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Act as a bridge between Finance and IT by translating business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in and represent Finance in new business projects and strategic initiatives
• Ensure that systems and investments create business value for the finance function
• Build change competence and develop ways of working within the Finance team
• Contribute with analyses, recommendations, and support in matters related to efficiency and process development

... have a strong combination of business understanding, financial competence, and drive to create change. We believe you have an academic education in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting or controlling, as well as experience in finance transformation or large-scale change projects. You have documented project management experience with clear deliverables, a good understanding of IT, and preferably experience with system implementations. We also see that you have experience working at the intersection of strategy and operational activities.

Your Qualifications:

• Academic education in economics, preferably with a focus on accounting or controlling
• Experience in finance transformation or large-scale change projects
• Documented project management experience with clear deliverables
• Good understanding of IT and preferably experience with system implementations
• Experience working at the intersection of strategy and operational activities

ABOUT THE POSITION Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probation period of 6 months. Start date: Immediately

The position is based at our headquarters in Borås
