At Byggteam, we specialize in insurance-related construction work. This means we handle a wide variety of projects, ranging from repairing a kitchen countertop after a leaking faucet to the new construction of a villa that has burned down. The common denominator is that we almost always work on-site at private homes.

The nature of the work is largely independent, requiring you to have the ability to build good relationships and deliver high-quality results, as customer contact is constant. We consider a high level of safety awareness in your work to be a given, as we prioritize a safe working environment. Naturally, you will have a great team of colleagues nearby, and you will have a digital platform at your disposal to access work orders and important information.

Your Profile

We would prefer that you have previous experience in construction services, given the varied nature of the tasks. The role requires professional knowledge, the ability to coordinate and plan your work, and strong social skills. To ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable with us, it is crucial that you are professional in your interactions, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented approach. You should enjoy working independently and be involved in projects from start to finish. Experience with MEPS (a common system for insurance claims in Sweden) is a plus.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probation period. Selection is conducted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B-driver's license
• Swedish professional certification in one of the following areas: carpentry, concrete, masonry/tiling
• Several years of experience as a construction worker, preferably in construction services
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
