The Role of Machine OperatorAs an employee at NCC Industry AB, you will work out in the field together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable colleagues and perform milling operations in various types of projects. Your assignment involves carrying out various tasks within the milling operation, such as sweeping with a wheel loader or operating a milling machine. You will work in teams of 2–4 people. The job also includes transporting equipment between different projects.
You have a basic education equivalent to upper secondary level, preferably within vehicles, technology, or construction. Experience in paving/milling is a big plus.
We would like you to have experience in maintaining and operating machinery. A B- and C-driver's license is required, and it is an advantage if you also have a CE license and/or an operator's license for wheel loaders/construction equipment.

The projects are located throughout northern Sweden, so travel is part of everyday life. Offices are located in Gävle and Arjeplog. Placement is by agreement, but possible locations include Hudiksvall, Gävle, Borlänge, and Mora.
The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period may apply.
