The Role of Machine Operator

As an employee at NCC Industry AB, you will work out in the field alongside your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable colleagues and perform milling operations in various types of projects. Your tasks will include various duties within the milling operations, such as sweeping with a wheel loader or operating a milling machine. You will work in teams of 2–4 people. The role also involves transporting equipment between different projects.

You have a basic education equivalent to upper secondary level, preferably within vehicles, technology, or civil engineering. Experience in paving/milling is a significant plus.

We would like you to have experience in maintaining and operating machinery. A B- and C-driver's license is required, and it is an advantage if you also hold a CE license and/or an operator's certificate for wheel loaders/civil engineering equipment.

The projects are located throughout northern Sweden, so travel is part of everyday life. Offices are located in Gävle and Arjeplog. Placement is by agreement, but possible locations include Hudiksvall, Gävle, Borlänge, and Mora.

This is a permanent position. A probationary period may apply.
