Are you a skilled craftsman who wants to contribute to well-being and sustainability in Ockelbo? Ockelbogårdar is now looking for an engaged and meticulous painter who wants to play a central role in the management of our property portfolio. As part of our team, you work to create good living environments with a focus on quality and longevity.

The company's office is located in modern, pleasant premises just next to the train station in central Ockelbo. Nearby Gävle and Sandviken are easily accessible by train, bus, or car.

As a painter at Ockelbogårdar, you will be a key player within our property department. Your daily work is characterized by variety as you perform both interior and exterior painting work as well as wallpapering. In addition to the execution work, you are responsible for handling defect reports, rectifying inspection comments, and planning interventions in consultation with contractors, colleagues, and our tenants.

Responsibilities

In your role as a painter, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform various types of painting, both interior and exterior, as well as wallpapering.
• Handle defect reports regarding the area.
• Rectify inspection comments regarding the area.
• Plan schedules with contractors, residents, and colleagues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a professional foundation and enjoy taking responsibility for your own work:

• High school diploma in a relevant field.
• Vocational certificate in the painting trade or equivalent documented education.
• Several years of documented professional experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license.
