Are you an experienced site supervisor with a passion for working on large projects?

We are expanding and are now looking for driven site supervisors for an exciting project in Sandviken!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in daily operations and monitor the project throughout all stages of the production process: initiation, execution, and completion.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to customer expectations regarding technical execution, quality, environment, working environment, laws, and agreements.
• Drive workplace safety issues on site in accordance with the company's goal and action plans.
• Participate in the creation and review of schedules.
• Assist in work preparation together with project personnel.
• Approve time reports for your own staff.
• Ensure that calculations and tenders align with the decision-making process and profitability goals.
• Create production budgets, review invoices, and financial lists.
• Responsible for the financial reconciliation of the project together with the Site Manager.
• Participate in tenders and business closures, project reviews, construction meetings, and final meetings with the customer.
• Optimally distribute resources within the project and assignments.
• Participate in project closure according to current routines and feedback within the site organization.

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience as a site supervisor within earthworks and civil engineering.
• Post-secondary education of at least two years is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of technology, production, and production economics.
• Experience in personnel responsibility and leading contracting operations.
• Knowledge of the entire contracting process within earthworks and civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
