At Byggteam, we specialize in insurance-related construction work. This means we handle a wide variety of projects – from repairing a kitchen countertop after a leaking faucet to rebuilding a villa that has burned down. A common denominator is that we almost always work in private homes.

The nature of the work is largely independent, requiring you to have the ability to build good relationships and deliver high-quality results, as customer contact is frequent. We consider a high level of safety awareness in your work to be a given, as we prioritize a safe working environment. Of course, you will have a great team of colleagues nearby, and you will have a digital platform at your disposal to access work orders and important information.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have previous experience in construction service work, given the varied nature of the tasks. The role requires professional skills, the ability to coordinate and plan your work, as well as strong social skills. To ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable with us, it is crucial that you are professional in your interactions, trustworthy, and have a service-oriented approach. You should enjoy working independently and be involved in projects from start to finish. Experience with MEPS (a Swedish construction management system) is a plus.

The position is permanent, with a 6-month probation period. Selection is conducted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid Category B driver's license
• Experience as a construction worker, preferably within construction services
• Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
