Delivery Coordinator at Siemens Energy – Consulting Assignment via Randstad

Are you a driven and service-oriented person who thrives on juggling multiple tasks? Randstad is now looking for a Delivery Coordinator for order projects at Siemens Energy Real Estate.

In this role, you will be responsible for ordering, monitoring, and shipping materials, tools, and instruments for gas turbines around the world. The work is cross-functional and involves extensive collaboration with various departments within the company.

During your training period, you will work on-site at the office with support from one or more mentors. Once you have completed your training and have an approved home office setup, there is an opportunity to work from home two days a week.

Formal Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written (Required).
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, with particular proficiency in Excel (Required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in SAP is highly meritorious.
• Previous experience in export/import, logistics, and inventory flows is positive.
