Do you want to work in a central role where customer contact, service, and planning are in focus? JOAB is now looking for a driven, social, and sales-oriented customer receptionist for our service and workshop operations.
About the role
As a customer receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and the first point of contact for our customers. Your main task is customer reception, but the role is broad and varied, also including workshop planning, quote preparation, follow-up, and spare parts management.
You play a key role in ensuring efficient collaboration between the customer and the mechanics, always with a high degree of service and structure.
Responsibilities
- Customer reception with a focus on professional, friendly, and solution-oriented handling.
- Planning and coordination of workshop and service work in dialogue with mechanics.
- Preparation of quotes for service and repair work, as well as follow-up on quotes.
- Responsibility for spare parts related to service and the workshop.
- Sales of spare parts and accessories over the counter.
- Handling multiple customer cases simultaneously at a high pace.
Who are we looking for?

- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solution-oriented, and enjoy tackling challenges and problem-solving in everyday life.
- You have high social competence and are good at building trust with customers.
- Experience working in a service role.
- Education in sales or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in a workshop or technical environment.
- Sales-oriented, structured, and responsible.
- Good ability to plan and prioritize.
- Good computer skills; experience with Jeeves is a plus.
